Making a difference one skill at a time
Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by providing education, vocational training, and an “Earn as you Learn” program that equips underprivileged people with employment skills.
We currently train in sewing and crafting using upcycled materials. The profits from selling these items are reinvested to offer more people the opportunity to learn life skills. We supply products to 10 hotels in Phuket and have contracts with clothing brands. Additionally, we offer sewing workshops in our craft room, welcoming both locals and tourists.
Recognizing the need for skilled hospitality staff, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, we are expanding our program to train individuals in hospitality, generate hotel and student accommodations, and teach basic English.
Our “Earn as you Learn” system allows students to support their families while training, and we provide ongoing support even after they secure employment.

At Seeds of Change Phuket we have introduced an “Earn as you Learn” scheme, training local people who are less fortunate.
What we do
We take on students and teach them how to Sew and craft. The unique items we teach them to make are then sold all over Phuket, Thailand and around the world.
How we do it
We take donated clothes, curtains, linens. and other fabrics and save them from landfill. We the repurpose them into the lovely fabric items you see in our shop.
Who we help
The students we take on are from a wide variety of backgrounds, from back-to-work mums, younger students who want a skill but cannot afford the education and older people who never had these opportunities.
Our goal
Our goal is to make our project self sustainable by selling our unique items to support our training program. All you need to do to support us is buy one or more of our products.
